It might be that time in your life when you are ready for a change. The one piece of advice I hear a lot is to keep your eyes peeled open for opportunities awaiting you.
The better question is how do you know what you are supposed to be looking for if you can’t predict the future? You don’t know, but what you can do is be aware of how quickly you make decisions.
Snap decisions can be adequate in some situations but for those major life decisions, taking a moment to think it through before answering a proposition serves you well.
Ask yourself this: Is this a stepping stone going to serve me or am I saying yes as to not offend another person?
In the end, after all is said and done, the best indicator is that little nudge you feel in your gut.
Are they good butterflies of excitement or are those flutters eliciting signs of anxiety?
Learn to listen to the signs your body is giving you and be prepare to answer accordingly. And let me tell you, if you make the wrong one, your body will tell you so.
Should I listen to the voices in my head (and stomach)?
