How To Stop Letting Social Media Control Your Habits

It happens to the best of us. We get on Instagram or Facebook to find minutes later we are impulse buying a blender that scrolled across our screen. We didn’t know we needed it until this very moment. But here we are, plugging in the coupon code and checking the tracking number to see how fast it will be at our house.

It arrives a couple days later and the delivery could go one of two ways (probably #2):

  1. Oh boy, I forgot I bought this. I can’t wait to use it. What a great purchase.
  2. WTH was I thinking? See ya in the donation pile in 6 months.
