“For When We Are Cut, We All Bleed” Scarlet And Gray
November 30, 2019
Instilling traditions into my kids is one thing I love about the holidays. Sure, we have Thanksgiving and the big turkey with all the dressings. We have Christmas with the decorations and gifts. The one things we can’t forget about is football.
As alumni for The Ohio State University, we bleed Scarlet and Gray. That means on the last Saturday in November, we are tuned in to the BIG game whether we can be there in person or watch it on tv.
The Ohio State/Michigan rivalry is one that dates back decades and one that we continue along with our children. They might not understand the meaning behind why they hate that state up north, but they know they do.
It’s all in good fun and it’s a way to bring together not only our family during football season but also feel a part of one big OSU community with people from all over the world. I can walk around almost anywhere and scream O-H and someone will give me back a big ol’ I-O!
What football team are you rooting for this season?
