The Award For Favorite Present Goes To…

One of my favorite Christmas presents each year is none other than my wall calendar. I don’t know what it is about seeing all the fresh new pages to color coordinate with my pens but it gets me all giddy and happy inside.

Today, I pulled out all my emails, appointment card reminders and schedules for sports and starting inputting them onto my calendar. The art of organization makes me do a little dance.

With a family of six, knowing where everyone is supposed to be and when could be a nightmare if it isn’t all sorted out in an orderly way. I always know what is going on with everyone just by glancing at the calendar.

Maybe it’s the Type A, Virgo side of me but color coded calendars make me joyful!
