It’s my birthday week! Birthdays in my family are not a once a year occasion. We celebrate your special day the entire month. In my case, we’ve been celebrating since the middle of August. I’m totally cool with that.
When I think of birthdays, I think of pampering and the ultra gift of self-care. Its fun to put yourself in the limelight and have it be all about you.
In honor of my upcoming 38th birthday, I decided to do a week long celebration honoring you. Self-care isn’t something that should happen only once a year, it’s should be little things you do for yourself throughout the day, each day.
