There are many things I can teach my children that I know how to do AND there are things that my husband can share with them.

John is all about being handy around the house, knows how electricity works and figure out how to install lights, build tables and create new spaces for our family to enjoy.

Watching this stuff first hand will give my children the ability to handle small projects on their own or take it upon themselves to learn how.

They enjoy being daddy’s little helper and being his right hand man. He loves it, too, and something I remember him talking about when the kids were young. He doesn’t say much but I knew he wanted to be able to teach the kids fundamentals like this to work through on their own.
