I’ve been given a massive gift today: the gift of TIME!

All four of my children will be at school at some point at the same time today! So for 2.5 hours, I get to do what I want to do.

The biggest thing for me is being able to enjoy the quiet. My kids are loud and when they are here I appreciate the noise cause they are filling the house with love.

When they are gone, it gives me a chance to miss them. It also gives me a chance to hear my thoughts in an open space.

I usually have to hide in my closet with the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise. Today I was able to sit in the living room with my coffee and take it all in.

I got a lot done, too, in a short period of time so I could relish in this gift. And for their teachers, thank you!!!!
