These shoes are the brand that got me through my first marathon and the year of rest after my injury. They got to make their debut back on the streets this week!

I am grateful for my friend who worked at Fleet Feet who watched me walk and run to make sure these were the shoes for me.

I always thought inserts were for old people but I can totally appreciate them for what they are doing for me.
