I am grateful for…family nights in!
Board games, reading books together all smushed up on the couch and practicing multiplication and division facts with my second grader were the perfect way to wrap up the start of a new week!
With the busyness of our schedules, it’s nice to be able to slow down and spend time together at home as a family!
It’s so much fun to get a little competitive with games and teach some lessons on winning and losing along the way.
I love hearing my kids read their books aloud and then flip it around to see them get excited as I read to them.
And to top it off, my kids are all so into math and continuing to improve their fluency. At some point, (soon) they are going to surpass me in math knowledge and mama is going to have to step up her game!
Today, we get to surround ourselves with the ones we love and do the things that make us happiest!
